The “China Daily” newspaper on Dec. 3rd opened with the headline: “9%growth tipped for next year” or even above.
Jia Chang Bin, VP of China Aviation Supplies Holding Comp stated in presence of Dep. Minister Wang and international executives on the official opening ceremony of inter airport China that by 2010, 140 airports will be newly built or expanded with a total investment of 400 billion RMB.
20 German companies attended the exhibition on the inter airport China German Pavilion and reported promising contacts in quality and quantity for the years to come. German companies contributed heavily to the impressing new Beijing Capital Airport Terminal and are qualified for new projects. This has been underlined in an address by the Head of the Department for Infrastructure of the German Embassy, Jan van Häfen, during a reception for the German exhibitors and their guests on the occasion of the exhibition.
