Before the official part of the General Assembly started, the delegates had the opportunity to inspect the modern production facilities and the future of luggage cart systems on airports.
The members decided on what international events GATE will participate (see also forecast 2010-2011), discussed cooperation in new markets and also new activities to promote GATE and its members.
Mr. Dieter A. Heinz has been re-elected for president of the association, Uwe Arnold became VP and Hartmut Gerdau remains cashier for the next three years.
GATE expressed its interest to extend the membership with prime airport suppliers to enlarge the expertise into one strategic alliance.
